Gum recontouring literally reshapes your gums. In the case of a “gummy” smile, recontouring can improve your smile by exposing hidden portions of the tooth. In cases of gum recession, it can replace gum tissue so your teeth are sitting in an even, well-shaped bed.

KöR Deep Whitening

KöR is a widely popular whitening system in which whitening gel penetrates deep into the tooth to dissolve stain molecules. It combines in-office treatment with custom-molded trays of pre-inserted gel you use to perform some of the treatment at home.

Minimal-Prep Veneers

Often referred to generically by the very familiar brand name, Lumineers, minimal prep veneers improve the surface look of teeth using a thin sheet of tooth-colored porcelain; they require just a bit of surface prep to ensure an even, secure fit.

Porcelain Veneers

These are thin sheets of porcelain used to cover discolored or misshapen teeth. Dr. Khavari will help determine if no-prep, minimal-prep, or the more common extensive-prep type is best for your situation. Prep involves removing enamel to help the veneer sit and adhere properly.

Tooth Recontouring

When teeth sit at irregular lengths, overlap, or have irregular shapes, Dr. Khavari will use tooth contouring to remove small bits of enamel or tooth. Much like a sculptor chips away bits of marble to create a brilliant sculpture, tooth contouring works to improve the overall appearance of the teeth.
